Community Bath

With a dry winter and spring the birds have made the most of our two birdbaths.  During the winter months the Cedar Waxwings and Robins were the most frequent visitors.  At times there would be between 15-20 Cedar Waxwings on the birdbath.

Spring arrived but the rains failed to fall.  The nesting birds soon found the birdbaths  and visited often.   Stubby, our cat,  sleeping on the porch didn’t seem to worry the bathers.  Watching the bathers during meal time became our regular routine.
